Request New Service

  • To request service, you'll first need to create an account.

  • From your account select 'Scheduling' then 'Request New Service'. 

  • Your request will be reviewed for availability.

Availability Confirmed

  • Next, you'll receive a notification to confirm availability.

  • To complete the reservation, log into your account to make a payment.

Set-up Meet & Greet

  • After payment is received, we'll contact you to schedule a complimentary meet & greet before the first visit.

  • ​Receive arrival and departure notifications.

  • Receive updates with a summary and pictures at the end of each visit.

  • Update your profile so we have current information and special requests.

  • Schedule visits, view pending visits, and change requests.

  • Review invoices and make payments.

  • You can also access your account from your computer using any web browser.
