The Meet & Greet is a 15-30 minute meeting with your sitter to help you, your cats, and your sitter get acquainted with each other. It is the best way to make sure your sitter will be the purrfect fit and establish trust between both parties before the reservation takes place. At the Meet & Greet, please provide your sitter with a copy of your key(s) so they do not have to make another trip to your home to pick it up.
We require that the reservation booked first for the following reasons:
Sitter Safety: Sitters want to know who they are meeting, especially when they are going to a stranger's home. Having a complete profile on file allows us to know when a sitter is scheduled to meet a new client and the location.
Intent: Out of respect for our sitters' time, we want clients to demonstrate to our sitters that their intent to book cat sitting services is serious and legitimate.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please contact our office so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
The Meet & Greet is complementary and is included in after your first service is paid. If you prefer to have a Meet & Greet without paying for service first, there is a service fee of $25. A phone consultation, or zoom call, can be scheduled at no charge.

We understand if you don't have your vaccination records handy. Do your best to complete your cat's information as thoroughly as possible. You can always update this section later to ensure your sitter can provide the best care possible.
If we suspect something is wrong with your pet, we first reach out to our client via phone. If they are unavailable then we will reach out to the emergency contact we have on file. If the client or emergency contact believes the pet should be seen by a veterinarian, we will transport the pet to the veterinarian’s office for examination and treatment. In the event we can not reach the client, we will decide if the veterinarian should see the pet. If necessary, we will transport your pet for treatment. The client will be billed for any extra time we spend.
The Vet Release Form is an optional, but highly recommended, section of your Account to complete before you travel. The form will authorize your sitter to take your kitties to your designated vet in the event of an emergency. Without the form being complete, we cannot take your cat into an emergency hospital or vet clinic.
If you have not established care with a primary vet yet, please do a quick Google search to see where you would want your sitter to take your kitties if a medical emergency occurs. This can save crucial time if a life-threatening cat emergency occurs - it's always best to be prepared as a cat parent!
Yes! We offer drop-in visits for dogs and other critters. Please contact us so we can discuss the type of service your pets will need.
We are a proud member of the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters. NAPPS is the only non-profit association made up of volunteers dedicated to being the authority in raising and abiding by the pet sitting and dog walking standards.
